Welcome to the in2vws website. I have built this website to provided information to the Volkswagen enthusiasts.

I know there are many other sites with similar information as what I have listed here.

What is different, and why is some of my information different to what is on other sites? Good question....The information I have listed, for example, the M-Options, I am only listing the "6 volt years", and I am only listing information that has been taken from Factory literature that I have seen or can be proven to be correct. Hear say, or my Grandpappy told me so, isn't going to get info listed on here.

I have recently changed a few things on the site, hopefully it will be easier to find info now. There is now a new menu on the left side of the page with links to paint chips, accessories etc.

 If you have information that you would like to submit, by all means, get in touch with me.

Why don't I just list this information on other sites instead of building this site? Simply, I don't agree with the terms on some sites, mainly, when I have submitted some info or pictures, it becomes the property of that site and I no longer have access to edit , modify or delete that information or pictures. This is not a critisism of those sites, they are correct, it is their site,

One more thing I must says: The images and information is available for anyone to view for the purpose of identifying parts, vehicles, options and accessories. You may not use any images or information from this site without my written permission. Why is this? Well, I get annoyed when people take my images to use to sell their products. If you are going to make some money from selling an item and you want to use my information, then send a little money my way. This site was not built to make you rich.

I hope you enjoy this site and find the information useful. The costs of hosting a website, and the price of the old VW literature can be quite expensive. I gladly provide this info free of charge.
